Our basic program offers a hotel-only option that can be customized to include logistics such as transportation, excursions, events and other concierge services. Flights are the only component that are generally booked independently by travelers.

Absolutely! Our goal is to get our clients the most perks, the best value and service. BHNT focuses on providing the best overall experience based on your needs, which does not always equate to the cheapest price. If you simply want the basic and the cheapest option, there is probably an app for that. We definitely want you to get what you pay for.

This will depend on the size of your group and the destination. The sooner you know, the better it is to get the conversation ready so we can plan ahead. Generally, groups under 30 would need at least 2 months, but preferrably 6 months to allow for better options, etc. Groups 30-150, at least 6-8 months. Groups 150 and up, 1 year

We have done events aboard Cruise ships, resorts in Jamaica, Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, Cancun, Los Cabos, Las Vegas (amongst others) for groups of 50-1000 guests. We focus on the relationships we have built in these key locations to provide outstanding experiences for our beautiful clients.
